Tayegeh Cave of Ilam

This cave is located two km far from southwest of Vari Village, in the river which has extended to south of the village. It is 15 km far from Malekshahi district. The cave entrance is 25 meter long, 120 meter wide and 33 meter high. The floor of the cave is covered by sand and stones and also there are some statistic and stalagmite raises both on floor and ceiling.
10-meter far from the cave entrance is a pool which is the place of winter floods usually pour in the cave. Some bats live there. This cave belonged to the Mesozoic Period of Geology.
The cave is wider at its entrance and become narrower at its end and extended to a place which is not identified yet.

Vali Castle of Ilam

Vali Castle of Ilam

Vali Castle is located on a hill named Chaqamirg in Pasdaran St. of Ilam. This castle is built in 1326 AH, in Mohammad Ali Shah Qajar and Poshtkuh commanders Dynasty, by Qolamreza Khan Abuqadare’s command (Lorestan Commander). Its entire area is 2500meter, foundation area is about 1500 square meter and the yard is 700 meter. The rooms are located in the east-west and north sides. It is made from brick, plaster, and marble. There is also a long inscription in which the building date which related to Mohammad Ali Shah Qajar and Abuqadareh Qolamreza Khan, Lorestan commander, Dynasty. The name of its architect, Haji Darvish Ali Kermanshahi, is also carved. The castle was renovated in its own design by the Cultural Heritage Organization and is open to the public as a cultural treasure.

Jam Namasht Bridge of Dare Shahr

This bridge is located in Seimare River, 4 km far from north of Darreh Shahr, in front of Cham Kalan Village. Its structure materials are rubbles and mortar. Presently, its external bases breakwaters remain. Its architectural quality, kinds of materials used and its design are similar to remains of Darreh Shahr which belonged to Sasanid. Eighteen springs ran when Jam Namasht Bridge was built. Its bases are fifteen km far from each other and its length is more than 270 meter.

Kan Gonbad Cemetery of Ilam

This cemetery is located 30 km far from southeast of Ilam, on Shah Nakhjir Mount bank of Farqai Kabir Mount. This bank is about 350 km wide and long. It is made from stone and soil and the graves are located at its top and hillside. The archaeology researches indicate that this cemetery belonged to 2500-2600 AH or 4600-4500 AH.

This spring is located on the highest part of Shahrestanak Village, in Karaj-Chalus Road and 100 km far from Tehran.
Shahrestanak Village is located 12 km far from Karaj main road. After two hours walking from this village, you reach Naseri Palace, which belonged to Naseredin Shah Dynasty.
This palace is now used by mountain climbers. The Gile Gile Spring is near this palace.

Malek Soltan Jarchibashi traditional Restaurant

Jarchibashi Hamam (=bath) is one of the oldest baths of Isfahan which was built with Naqshe Jahan Square simultaneously.
This structure is located in Isfahan Big Bazaar, near Jarchi Masque. According to the historical inscription of the mosque the structure of the restaurant and the mosque was built in 1019 AH, by Malek Sultan, Shah Abbas I Jarchi (=beadle).
This building is now used as a beautiful and traditional restaurant in Hakim St. it also has been registered as Iran National Heritage list (No. 11545).

Ab Malakh is located 60 km far from Semirom city near Ab Maalakh village of Isfahan Province. From Ab Malakh village to Ab Malakh Waterfall visitors should walk about one hour aside the river.
The name of this waterfall is derived from its special ingredients which killed the aggressive Caeliferas.
