Qaranqu Chay River of Azerbaijan

Qaranqu Chay is one of the most important Qizil Uzan’s splits, originated from central and eastern part of Sahand Mounts, Arbat Daq, AqAq, and Heram Daq and runs in a west-east way to Hashtrud and Mianeh County. The river’s source is layers of snow on Sahand Mounts.
Qaranqu Chay is located between Hashtrud and Charuymaq Counties. A deep valley in which QaranquChay is run, called Darband Zahak. This river is living place of Trout and Caspian white fish.

Aydughmush Chay River of Hashtrud

It is one of the Hashtrud’s famous rivers which joins Mianeh River after passing Babuneh, Heidarabad, Qazalje Tava lands. The two rivers join Qizil Üzan River.

Liqvanchay River of Tabriz

Liqvan River (Liqvan Chay) originated from north hillsides of Sahand mount. Different rivers join from eastern and western parts of hills and make a river.
The river runs from south to north and waters Liqvan’s downlands. It is located in a deeper valley in compare with Liqvan village. The river water is cool, tasty and is trout’s living place.

Mardaq (Mordichay) River in Azerbaijan

Top Topan Spring of Azerbaijan

This spring is located 5 kilometers far from Azarshahr, near Maraqeh- Tabriz Road. The water pours in a natural basin. It is categorized as bicarbonate and manganese carbonated and ironed water which balancing high red blood cells and hemoglobin levels, improving digestive system function and help to grow.

Varjavi Spring of Maraqeh

This mineral spring is located 8km far from south of Maraqeh. The water of the spring pours in a basin and then enters the nearby river. The spring is between limestone rocks near the river and its water leaps out with gas. The water leaping of the spring is about two liter in a second and is categorized as bicarbonate and manganese carbonated water. The water is limpid but tastes nippy. Its temperature is 19 Celsius and its height is 1360 meter.

Goshayesh Spring of Maraqeh

Goshayesh village is located 14 km far from southeast of Maraqeh, 700 meters far from southwest of where mineral springs are located. There is an east-west valley that Mordi River running. There are two mineral spring in this valley one of them leaps from limestone rocks in the south of the valley, the other leaps from a hole in a limestone rock in the north of the valley concisely. Although the pressure and amount of water got lower after each leap, the leap repeated and repeated again. It is in calcium bicarbonate and manganese carbonated water categories. Its temperature is 25Celsius and its taste is somehow nippy and its height is 1470 meter.

Sarab Hot Spring

It is located in west south of Sarab City and comes out from the ground. The water and gas bubbling up in the hillsides of heights down in the valley and pour nearby the river. The water of this mineral spring is sodium sulfate.
